Bobbie Smith is an employee ambassador to leadership teams and a leadership team ambassador to employees through her work in Internal and Employee Communications and Engagement. She currently plays this role as Director, Internal Communications at Sodexho Canada, a leader in food services and facilities management across the country employing more than 11,000 people — most of whom are client-facing and regionally-based. Her background is liberal arts, journalism and public sector communications with a focus on Strategic Internal Communications, including Change Communications and Employee Engagement.
